lc = Pc/(dcp*pb)
This formula uses 4 Variables
Variables Used
Length of Bush on Crank Pin - (Measured in Meter) - Length of Bush on Crank Pin is the length of the bush used in between the crank pin and the crank pin bearing.
Force on Crank Pin Bearing - (Measured in Newton) - Force on Crank Pin Bearing is the force acting onto the bearing used in the assembly of crank pin, crank, and the connecting rod.
Inner Diameter of Bush on Crank Pin - (Measured in Meter) - Inner Diameter of Bush on Crank Pin is the internal diameter of the bush used in between the crank pin and the crank pin bearing.
Bearing Pressure of CrankPin Bush - (Measured in Pascal) - Bearing Pressure of CrankPin Bush is the bearing pressure at the crank pin bearing of the big end of the connecting rod.
STEP 1: Convert Input(s) to Base Unit
Force on Crank Pin Bearing: 28800 Newton --> 28800 Newton No Conversion Required
Inner Diameter of Bush on Crank Pin: 55.8 Millimeter --> 0.0558 Meter (Check conversion here)
Bearing Pressure of CrankPin Bush: 6.80909 Newton per Square Millimeter --> 6809090 Pascal (Check conversion here)
STEP 2: Evaluate Formula
Substituting Input Values in Formula
lc = Pc/(dcp*pb) --> 28800/(0.0558*6809090)
Evaluating ... ...
lc = 0.075800001506525
STEP 3: Convert Result to Output's Unit
0.075800001506525 Meter -->75.800001506525 Millimeter (Check conversion here)
FINAL ANSWER
75.800001506525 75.8 Millimeter <-- Length of Bush on Crank Pin
(Calculation completed in 00.006 seconds)

Connecting Rod

The main function of a connecting rod is to form a link between a piston and crankshaft. A small end of the connecting rod is connected to the piston with a gudgeon pin and the big end is separated into two parts for ease of assembly with a crankpin. The two parts of the big end are the bearing cap and big end housing. Both are being bolted together. This is done for ease of assembly of connecting rod with a crankpin. To supply oil to the big end, the oil hole is drilled from the big end.

Crankshaft

The crankshaft is the final link in the slider-crank mechanism. The linear motion of a piston is converted into the rotary motion of a crankshaft. The energy is generated into the combustion chamber by transforming the reciprocating motion of a piston into the rotary motion of a crankshaft. Crankshaft consists of two main bearings at the other side of it, made up into two half liners. Crankshaft, crankshaft oil seals, main bearings, pulley, and vibration damper are parts of crankshaft assembly.
