Cruise Weight Fraction Jet Aircraft - Cruise Weight Fraction Jet Aircraft is the Ratio of the weight of aircraft at the end of cruise phase to the weight of aircraft at the start of cruise phase.
Range of Jet Aircraft - (Measured in Meter) - Range of Jet Aircraft is defined as the total distance (measured with respect to ground) traversed by the aircraft on a tank of fuel.
Specific Fuel Consumption - (Measured in Kilogram per Second per Watt) - Specific Fuel Consumption is a characteristic of the engine and defined as the weight of fuel consumed per unit power per unit time.
Velocity at Maximum Lift to Drag Ratio - (Measured in Meter per Second) - Velocity at Maximum Lift to Drag Ratio is the velocity when the ratio of lift and drag coefficient is maximum in value. Basically considered for the cruise phase.
Maximum Lift-to-Drag Ratio - The Maximum Lift-to-Drag Ratio is the highest ratio of lift force to drag force that an aircraft can achieve.
STEP 1: Convert Input(s) to Base Unit

Velocity at Maximum Lift to Drag Ratio: 1.05 Meter per Second --> 1.05 Meter per Second No Conversion Required
Maximum Lift-to-Drag Ratio: 5.081527 --> No Conversion Required
STEP 2: Evaluate Formula
Substituting Input Values in Formula
FWcruise jet = exp((Rjet*c*(-1))/(0.866*1.32*VL/D,max*LDmaxratio)) --> exp((7130*0.000166666666666667*(-1))/(0.866*1.32*1.05*5.081527))
Evaluating ... ...
FWcruise jet = 0.822971934525021
STEP 3: Convert Result to Output's Unit
0.822971934525021 --> No Conversion Required
FINAL ANSWER
0.822971934525021 0.822972 <-- Cruise Weight Fraction Jet Aircraft

What is Cruise Weight Fraction ?

The Cruise Weight Fraction is defined as the Ratio of the weight of Aircraft at the End of Cruise Phase to Weight of Aircraft at Start of the Cruise phase. It depends upon the range of aircraft, the Specific Fuel Consumption of the jet engine, it also depends upon the Carson’s speed which is 32% higher than the speed for maximizing range ( Velocity at max. Lift to Drag ratio ) and the maximum Lift to Drag Ratio itself.
It is basically important for the preliminary estimation of Take Off Weight.

What is Carson's Speed?

The maximum range airspeed may be the most economical way to fly, but it's quite slow. Hence, we may consider the speed for which the ratio fuel flow/knot of airspeed reaches a minimum. That speed, marked by the point where a line from the origin is tangent to the thrust required curve, is called 'Carson's speed'.
It is basically considered 32% more than the maximum range airspeed i.e. 132% of maximum Range airspeed.
For example if maximum range airspeed is 100 knots, The Carson's speed would be 132 Knots.
